Here's the new 'gas saving' way we will be serving you:

Step 1 - FREE design-your-session chat - Usually we love to meet you in person and chat about yourself and your vision for your portrait. To save gas, just call us and we can chat by phone instead. We'll ask you the normal questions as to spelling of your name, phone number to contact you, etc. Don't be surprised when we ask you some unusual questions most photographers don't ask; like what color are your eyes (that helps us know what colors for clothing to suggest that you bring) or whether you'll be hanging your portrait on the wall over the fireplace or in the entry way to your home (which helps us know whether we need to create a horizontal or vertical portrait for you). This free phone call will also help 'break the ice' so that we'll both feel more comfortable with each other on the day of your photo session…

Step 2 - Your photo session - If you so choose, this could be the only time you'll need to travel to the studio…and you'll know just what to bring with you and about how much time you'll be spending with us because we will have worked out those details in the previous planning during your free phone chat!

Step 3 - Viewing digital work prints - If your needs are simple (for example, if you only need one pose for an executive promotional portrait), you can view your work prints in just a few minutes on our studio computer and choose your favorite pose right then. When there are multiple poses or clothing changes involved, our digital artist sorts your portraits down to the best two of each pose, and these digital files are uploaded to a special private web gallery. When they're uploaded and ready for viewing, you'll receive an email with the private link to access and view them. Of course, you can email this link to your friends and family if you want their feedback; but no one else will be able to access your personal gallery. Once you've decided which ones are the favorites that you want to purchase, you just 'reply' to that email with a list of those numbers; and then our digital artist, Sunshine, will use her 'magic wand' to bring them up to our standard of excellence.

SPECIAL NOTE: Usually our system for multiple-pose sessions includes a printed portfolio book of work prints which is used as a tool for ordering; and there is a $75 deposit required to take this portfolio out of the studio. However, if you choose to view your work prints using the above online gallery system (which helps us cut down our expenses), we will create a special 'Gas Saving' package for your most favorite pose that will include a FREE 11x14 print ($75 value)! That means instead of having to give us a $75 deposit for a printed portfolio, we will gift you a $75 portrait for FREE!

Step 4 - Ordering your favorites - Once your favorites have been art worked 'almost to perfection,' they will be uploaded to a secure ordering site and you'll receive a second email with the link and password to this private ordering system. With this system, you'll be able to view each photo with a digital 'magnifying glass' option to check out the transformation. You can also choose to see what that pose would look like as a black & white print before ordering. Because this system is 'ala carte' with discount pricing built into it - you won't have to 'add poses' to fit your needs into some large preset package! And your personal 'Gas Saving' package (with the FREE 11x14 print built-in) will be designed to fit your individual needs. You'll get exactly what you want - nothing more, nothing less!

Option B: If you don't feel secure ordering online, you can call us at the studio to personally give us your order and credit card info. Or you can mail us a check with your written order, and we'll place the order for you using our studio system once your order has been paid in full. It's your choice!

5 - Delivery right to your door - Using the online ordering system in step #4, your portrait order will be gift-packaged and delivered to your personal address that you type into the system. Or if you really want to make another trip into the studio and visit us again, your order can be delivered here for you to pick it up within a week (to avoid a studio storage fee). We can then personally help you choose an appropriate frame to enhance your wall portrait and professionally frame it for you without any additional labor fee since you've invested the gas in traveling to the studio.
