Things You Need to Know...
1. This ordering site is secure. For extra safety, just close down your internet browser when the transaction is complete.
2. You may order items using your own photo that you have as a digital file on your computer hard drive. You just need to use your photo software to create a jpeg that is a 4x6 or 5x7 dimension size...300 dpi resolution...and a file size no larger than 5MB. Please make these preparations before you actually upload the file and place your order. If creating such a file is too confusing for you or any family member, we will scan your photo and submit the order for a $10 time and labor fee. Use this site as a convenience to preview and write down your selection of card, verse, text, etc.
3. If you want to use one of the portraits we created for you, you'll need to place the order and payment through us at the studio (in person or phone call) to avoid legal copyright infringement. There is NO extra charge for this service. Please feel free to use this site as a convenience to preview your options and decide which card, verse, text, etc. you desire. This will save you the hassle of sitting in the studio and looking thru the heavy display books.
4. The electronic order(s) you place online will first come to us for verification of payment before being sent to Stylart. When payment has been secured, we will notify you via email that your order has been approved and submitted to the company to be processed. Shipping will be to the address you specify in the online order process.
5. If you don't see anything you like in this webstore, we can custom design an announcement, invitation, etc. for you and have it printed through our professional lab's press department. Please keep in mind that there is an extra design and labor fee for this custom service AND you'll need to take into account the extra time involved for its creation before you will be able to distribute it.
6. Normal processing or delivery time for your order is 2 weeks from the date payment is received! If you're placing your order close to a holiday or graduation time, the increased load of orders at the production lab may cause a slight delay.
