Rules and Restrictions for Drawing:

1) To enter drawing, you need to be a resident of Live Oak or nearby suburb. If you live outside of this area and enter drawing, you must be willing to pay for travel and lodging expenses to be awarded the free-labor photo session. 2) Limit of one entry per month per household. 3) A minimum of ten entries per month is needed for the drawing to be held. Otherwise, entries will be rolled over to the next month's drawing. 4) Winners are limited to one winner per household per year. 5) "Free portrait session" refers to labor and materials fee only. Portraits resulting from session will be available for purchase at normal portrait prices.
